Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you have an issue with your purchase, we will do our best to work with you to solve it.
Return Window
Products may be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) days from the date of your order. Returns or exchanges requested after this period will not be accepted. If we do not receive your returned product within thirty (30) days of our initial response to your return or exchange request, we will assume you no longer desire to return the product and will close your request. A closed request will not be reopened.
Product Condition Requirements
All returned products must be:

Unopened and unused

In original packaging with all original materials, labels, and documentation

Free from damage, alteration, or signs of use

In resaleable condition
DBEJ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and associated fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as DBEJ is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team via the form on our Contact Page to initialize your return within the return window.

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product if applicable.

Await return authorization and instructions before shipping any products back. Products returned without prior authorization may not be processed.

Package your items using the same packaging as your order arrived in and address your return to:

Please do not return products without first receiving return authorization from DBEJ.
Refund Processing
Authorized returns are eligible for a refund less a 10% restocking fee. Upon receipt and inspection of returned products, a refund will be processed for the full amount eligible within 2–3 business days and appear in your account within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For product exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, while DBEJ will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product. The same seven (7) day return window and condition requirements apply to exchanges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us via the form on our Contact page immediately after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned according to this Return and Refund Policy.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately via the form on our Contact page with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Ineligible Products
Demo products, products that do not meet the requirements listed above, products received more than 30 days from purchase, and products sold as final sale, noted upon purchase, will not be processed for a refund.
