SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
This Shipping and Return Policy (“Policy”) governs all orders placed with Dues By EJ, LLC (“DBEJ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website or other authorized sales channels. This Policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery terms, return/exchange processes, and related customer obligations. Shipping Methods and Processing
All products are shipping from our facility in [Lithia Springs, Georgia]. Orders are processed and shipped within one (1) business day of receipt, or on the next business day if the order is received after business hours or on weekends/holidays. We utilize UPS and USPS for delivery through our e-commerce platform.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped via standard ground service unless otherwise requested via the form on our Contact Page and agreed to in writing. Delivery times vary by location but typically range from [5-7 business days] within the continental United States.
Shipping Charges

Free shipping offers:

- Cannot be combined with other shipping promotions unless expressly stated

- Do not apply to expedited shipping upgrades
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title to products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. DBEJ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been delivered to the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. DBEJ is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Force Majeure
DBEJ shall not be liable for delays in shipment due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your order, so if you have an issue with your purchase, we will do our best to work with you to solve your issue!
Return Window
Products may be returned or exchanged within [thirty (30)] from the date of your order. Returns or exchanges requested after this period will not be accepted. If we do not receive your returned product within thirty (30) days of our initial response to your return or exchange request, we will assume you no longer desire to return the product and will close your request. A closed request will not be reopened.
Product Condition Requirements
All returned products must be:
- In original packaging with all original materials, labels, and documentation
- Free from damage, alteration, or signs of use
- In resaleable condition
DBEJ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and associated fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as DBEJ is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer service team via the form on our Contact Page to initialize your return within return window
2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product if applicable
3. Await return authorization and instructions before shipping any products back. Products returned without prior authorization may not be processed.
4. Package your items using the same packaing as your order arrived in and address your return to: [Fulfillment Strategies, c/o DUES by EJ, 875 Douglas Hill Road, Lithia Springs, GA 30122]
5. Once accepted and processed, Please do not return products without first receiving return authorization from DBEJ
Refund Processing
Authorized returns are eligible for a refund less a 10% restocking fee. Upon receipt and inspection of returned products, a refund will be processed for the full amount eligible within [2-3] business days and appear in your account within [5-7] business days. Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For product exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, while DBEJ will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product. The same [seven (7) day] return window and condition requirements (as noted in Section 2 above) apply to exchanges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us via the form on our Contact page immediately after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned according to this Return Policy.
8. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at via the form on our Contact page with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Ineligible Products
Demo products, products that do not meet the requirements of Section 2, products received more than 30 days from purchase, and products sold as final sale, noted upon purchase, will not be processed for a refund.
General Terms
Policy Changes
DBEJ reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Limitation of Liability
DBEJ’s liability for any claim related to shipping or returns shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
